My wife and I discovered Boland's in June 2010. Since then, we have not only enjoyed some very tasty and interesting meals there, but have actually become "habitués", i.e. regulars. We really enjoy the food served because it is healthy, innovative, and definitely not "old school". The entire staff loves their work and really treat you like an honoured member of the family. If eating is still a leisurely pleasure, give Boland's s try - you won't be disappointed.

Christopher Boland brings an impressive pedigree spanning more than three decades and including ownership in Telfers , Trappers, The Tasting Rooms and now Bolands Open Kitchen.On any given evening Christopher will be seen out front meeting each and every guest, as well as joining the kitchen staff in the centrally-located kitchen - the heart of the restaurant.A recent review noted that "eating at Boland's is like being invited to Christopher Boland's home for dinner", which is just what Christopher is striving for.Manager Ricardo welcomes you with his signature smile and old world attention to service detail.
